There are many things about Glade Link Farms that you may
never have known!


*    Consists of about 126 acres
*    The first strawberries were grown in 1966 and picked in
1967
*    Family owned and operated
*    Won the "Pride in Frederick County" award in 2001 by the
Soil  Conservation district
*    The farm used to be run by Ken and Shirley Wisner, but
now     their children run it
*    The farm has been in operation for 40 years
*    Crops are irrigated using overhead irrigation and a trickle
system (underground) to provide moisture and to protect them
from the frost
*    ALL crops are grown on site
*    A telephone message is available 24/7 for picking times
and availability
*    Employment consists of local high school students, college
students, retirees and family
